Roven Luo is a curator, writer, and exhibition practitioner based in London and China. He holds an MA in Curating and Collections from University of the Arts London.
His practice explores how exhibitions generate meaning through texts, spatial structures, image relations, and viewing conditions. He is particularly interested in the relationship between language, visibility, audience experience, and institutional frameworks in contemporary art.
Working across independent and collaborative projects, he is involved in curatorial research, exhibition development, artist and work selection, exhibition writing, spatial organisation, and on-site coordination.
As a writer, he focuses on the relationship between exhibitions, artworks, and cultural practices, and seeks to respond to complex visual experiences with clarity and precision in both Chinese and English.
